There are no family photographs, only memories. Memories of a five-year old imprisoned by Japanese soldiers. Memories of love, courage and most of all hope. Hope that there was a God who would walk through the valley of death, known as WWII, with her. And He did.

Ah, Janey, thanks for the news. Mom's hosting a couple of friends from Holland right now. Driving them all over Southern Cal, so the story is on hold till tomorrow...Hopefully. Thanks so much for your support and encouragement.

DB, I totally have my brain on high alert and will enter the carnival. But isn't mom's story incomplete? Give me some ideas. Time is running out, huh? I'm thinking.
